The Sign-Up Sheet must be filled out completely with your choice of daily rides and
sent back to the Jamboree, along with registration money, before the September 1 deadline.
This will allow time for advance planning for meals, events, guides, T-shirts, etc.

Names and addresses of each separate rider must be included on separate Sign-Up Sheets.
We will not make those addresses available to anyone except the Jamboree.
For detailed description of rides by number, see Rides &
Activities, included in this website. Please indicate
on the Sign-Up Sheet, which rides (by number only) are to be taken each day. Remember
one (1) rider per Sign-Up Sheet please. Print as many copies as necessary.

Refund Policy
It is understood that after the August 21st, 2010 registration deadline,
the advertising bills have been paid, Jamboree T-shirts have been ordered, delivered and paid
for. Arrangements have been made for breakfasts and dinners for the pre-determined number
of riders. Therefore, it is the policy of Arapeen ATV Jamboree, Inc. to issue refunds
according to the following conditions:

A refund request must be made in writing and forwarded to:

Registration refunds will be based on the following:
$100 - requests postmarked prior to August 6, 2010.
$75 - requests postmarked between August 6, 2010 and August 21, 2010.
No refund will be issued if credentials have been picked up during the Jamboree.
Please allow adequate time for processing of refunds.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
The Arapeen ATV Jamboree would like to give special thanks to the Fishlake and
Manti-LaSal National Forests and the Price District of the Bureau of Land Management, for allowing
Jamboree use of public lands under their administration. Their land use and management
policies have allowed for our controlled and careful use of ATV's on public lands. Thanks
also to the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation, which administers ATV registration, safety,
rider training and certification programs in Utah.
